Recently Google search team shared some useful SEO tips for boosting the site ranking in Google search results and for easy crawling of your site pages from Google crawler.

But avoid using tricks to manipulate results in Google search ranking. No need of black hat SEO techniques if you follow some simple steps. Below are few simple tips, any person unfamiliar with SEO techniques can implement on site for better search engine ranking.

10 Simple and Effective Tips for Improving Search Engine Ranking:

1) If you think Google crawler is taking more time to index your pages, then create sitemap and submit XML sitemap to Google. Also put HTML sitemap on site.

2) Create custom 404 error pages. If you have moved some pages to new links then redirect old pages with 301 redirect.

3) Use Google Webmaster services to check for any errors in your site that prevents Google crawler from crawling your site pages.

4) Use unique <title> tag on every page. Choose page title related to page content. Use main keywords in article title and url. Use “Keyword” and “Description” META tags for every page. While writing Meta description, summaries your page content with important keywords. Do not write only keywords in Meta description tag. Think what users will search for topics on which you are writing. Use those keywords in your post title, content and url. Use wordpress All in one SEO plugin for inserting title, description and keyword meta tags in site pages.

5) Don’t forget to label the images properly in your site articles. Use descriptive “alt” tags if you are linking the images. You can get good site traffic from Google image search if you label all images properly.

6) Keep on checking your pages indexed by Google. Use ’site’ operator for searching your site pages indexed by Google.
E.g.: site:etechbuzz.com
This will show all pages indexed by Google from this site. See if proper page titles and description is shown in search engine result pages for indexed pages.

7) Make sure every page from your site is accessible from other pages. Interlink your site articles. This will guide Google crawler deep into your site content.

Do not put more than 100 links on any single page linking to other sites.

9) Regularly check for broken links on your site. For creating page urls use keywords used for page title. Avoid using numbers and non-readable characters in url structure. Instead of dynamic urls, use static url structure. Use keyword rich anchor text. Anchor text is link text that is clickable.

10) Use keyword rich headline tags like <h1>, <h2> properly in the beginning of page content. Make sure you have important keywords in first paragraph of your article.

Besides these tips, user friendly navigation is helpful for both site users and search engine crawlers.

Hope these are some basic and helpful SEO tips to start your SEO efforts in ranking your pages higher in search engines.

3. Apple 2.0 The i-phone’s new Business Model

4. World’s Fastest Computer:It’s not super computer

New Blackberry with No keyboard:

(R.I.M.), the company that brought us the BlackBerry, has been on a roll lately. For a couple of years now, it’s delivered a series of gorgeous, functional, supremely reliable smartphones that, to this day, outsell even the much-adored iPhone.

R.I.M. hoped to soften the blow by endowing its touch screen with something extra: clickiness. The entire screen acts like a mouse button. Press hard enough, and it actually responds with a little plastic click.

As a result, the Storm offers two degrees of touchiness. You can tap the screen lightly, or you can press firmly to register the palpable click.

3-D Virtual Reality On Mobile Devices

If mere texting, talking, e-mailing and snapping pictures on mobile devices aren’t enough to satisfy your data cravings, now there’s the prospect of accessing and displaying 3-D virtual reality simulations and animations on them. New information architecture from researchers in Offenburg, Germany puts 3-D visualizations in the palm of your hand to make this possible.

Apple 2.0 The i-phone’s new Business Model

That’s the story about the new iPhone 3G that Apple is selling, and it’s a line that was echoed by Apple VPs and industry analysts in the Moscone West spin room after Steve Jobs’ keynote Monday.

“The new price point is a very big deal,” said Tim Bajarin of Creative Strategies. “With that, and the 70 countries, Apple is now a world player on the mobile smartphone stage.”

But it’s not that simple. There were a lot of financial details Jobs left out of his keynote that only emerged later in the day, in a 8-K form Apple (AAPL) filed with the SEC and a long press release issued by AT&T (T).

Apple alerted the SEC that although it had signed deals with 70 countries…

It means the iPhone has a new business model.

When the device was first introduced, Jobs was able to dictate some rather unusual terms. Customers had to pay full retail price for it (a practice almost unheard of in the mobile phone industry) and carriers had to share a sizable cut of their monthly revenue with the manufacturer (also virtually unprecedented).

Now, the carriers are subsidizing the cost of the phone, making up for it in monthly charges, and they are no longer funneling a share of that monthly revenue to Apple. As Piper Jaffray’s Gene Munster puts it: “Apple is basically playing by the rules that all other cell phone hardware manufacturers play by.”

Dell Increases revenue and earnings lowers operating expenses

Dell today reported record fiscal first quarter revenue of $16 billion, a 9% year-over-year increase, and earnings of $0.38 per share, a 12% increase.

The results were driven by better-than-industry growth of commercial and consumer products and services, and lower operating expense as a percent of revenue.

Product shipments in the quarter increased 22%, with servers growing three times the industry rate at 21%. Storage revenue increased 15% and enhanced services revenue was up 13%. Notebook unit growth, a Dell strategic priority, rose sharply at 43% and 1.2 times the industry growth rate. Consumer units grew at more than two times the industry rate and the company increased its global share by 1.2 points to 8.8% during the quarter.

“We are executing on all points of our strategy to drive growth in every product category and in every part of the world,” said Michael Dell, chairman and CEO. “These results are early signs of our progress against our five strategic priorities. Through a continued focus, we expect to continue growing faster than the industry and increase our revenue, profitability and cash flow for greater shareholder value.”

Paralysed man takes a walk in virtual world

A paralysed man using only his brain waves has been able to manipulate a virtual Internet character, Japanese researchers said Monday, calling it a world first.

The 41-year-old patient used his imagination to make his character take a walk and chat to another virtual person on the popular Second Life website.

The patient, who has suffered paralysis for more than 30 years, can barely bend his fingers due to a progressive muscle disease so cannot use a mouse or keyboard in the traditional way.

In the experiment, he wore headgear with three electrodes monitoring brain waves related to his hands and legs. Even though he cannot move his legs, he imagined that his character was walking.

He was then able to have a conversation with the other character using an attached microphone, said the researchers at Japan’s Keio University.

It is the first time a paralysis patient has succeeded in meeting a person and having a conversation in an Internet virtual world, they added.

Researchers are now studying a system that would let patients create text messages by mentally selecting certain letters, said Junichi Ushiba, associate professor at the biosciences and informatics department of Keio Universty’s Faculty of Science and Technology.

World’s Fastest Computer:It’s not super computer

A computer designed to run virtual tests of U.S. nuclear weapons will be the world’s fastest, making 1,000 trillion calculations per second, the U.S. Department of Energy said on Monday.
Roadrunner supercomputer at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico is the first to achieve a what is known as a petaflop of sustained performance, the department and IBM said.

“Flop” is an acronym meaning floating-point operations per second. One petaflop is 1,000 trillion computer calculations per second.

“Roadrunner will be used by the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration to perform calculations that vastly improve the ability to certify that the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile is reliable without conducting underground nuclear tests,” the department said in a statement.

“Roadrunner will not only play a key role in maintaining the U.S. nuclear deterrent, it will also contribute to solving our global energy challenges, and open new windows of knowledge in the basic scientific research fields,” it added.

“To put this into perspective, if each of the 6 billion people on earth had a hand calculator and worked together on a calculation 24 hours per day, 365 days a year, it would take 46 years to do what Roadrunner would do in one day,” the department said.

The possibility of life on Mars has been debated almost since the invention of the telescope.

Annual growth and shrinkage of the martian ice caps and seasonal changes in color were observed by astronomers such as Herschel and Whewell in the 18th and 19th centuries. Late in the 19th century, Schiaparelli reported the existence of linear features he called canali, and this led to speculation by Lowell (among others) that the Red Planet might host a civilization more advanced than our own.

The arrival of instrumented spacecraft, beginning with Mariner IV in 1964, showed a cratered, dry, cold planet that looked almost as inhospitable as our Moon; but later missions provided evidence of liquid water on Mars in the recent past. This has led to speculation about whether simple forms of life, like bacteria, might exist on Mars. The thin atmosphere of Mars does little to block out damaging radiation from the sun, and the surface of Mars seems to be sterilized by caustic chemicals like hydrogen peroxide, but scientists still hold out hope that life on Mars could survive protected below the surface.

Now, building on a tradition of ground-based simulation that extends back to 1958, a new series of experiments, conducted by an interdisciplinary research team from the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Aarhus, Denmark, suggests that indeed bacteria could survive beneath the martian soil.

The team constructed a Mars Environmental Simulation Chamber (MESCH), from which air is removed with a vacuum pump, and replaced with a thin mixture of gases equivalent to those in the martian atmosphere. The chamber has a double wall cooled with liquid nitrogen to simulate the cold temperatures experienced in the martian night.
Samples of soil in glass cylinders are placed in the chamber’s steel sample tubes through a small air-lock, then rotated on a carousel; exposing one sample at a time to ultraviolet-rich light from a xenon-mercury arc lamp. Cycling samples through the light beam produces a temperature rise and fall that mimics the diurnal temperature variation on Mars. The atmosphere in the chamber is sampled and subjected to molecular gas analysis to determine how the soil (and any bacteria it may contain) interacts with the atmosphere.

While exposure to 80 days in the simulated martian environment essentially sterilized the topmost two centimeters of the simulated sample core, bacteria were “relatively unaffected” in the rest of the 30 centimeter sample tubes. This result, presented in a paper which is due to appear soon in the journal Astrobiology, suggests that some form of life could exist below the martian surface.

There are several english skills which started from Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking, and so on. All of these skills is a must when you want to communicate with other people which different country. We must have a lot of exercise for every skill so your english skill get better and better, your goal is fluency. Fluency mean you speak automatically, without thinking about grammar rules, translation. You can feel that everything sounds right and wrong.

As you know, to get english better you must a lot of exercise. We can take an example like chatting. Basically, we learn english, so that, we can communicate with other people, so english is for communication, first you must communicate with other, don’t worry about grammar rules, forget about mistake, since the old day you will find out what is right and wrong.

What kind of thing that we have from chatting?, of course, we’ll get a lot benefit like new vocabulary, pronounciation, and so on. When we learn in this way, you will feel relax, enjoy, so new vocabulary, rule, will easily to remember. Subconscious learning is a method that is very effective, we are not boring at all, most of student don’t realize that the biggest challenge with english learning is boring, they get discourage, and finally they quit.

It is the 2nd, Indonesia has the impact of economic crisis after 1998 as we know “Monetary Crisis”. Basically, these crisises have left people in suffer. They lost the job, and finally their everyday requirement can’t be filled.

I heard that in the middle in this year, jobless will increase significanly as the impact of global crisis. Global economic crisis has hit Indonesia very hard together with another country in Asia, the question is why Indonesia hit by this crisis very hard?, who can answer?. That’s right. Indonesia’s export and import partner mostly is United State, so when US collapse, Indonesia will automatically collapse.

We can take exprience from them that depending to other country is very critical, wisely, Indonesian government should develop this country majority itself, so everything is depends on ours. Indonesia is rich with everything, like geological, gold, oil, gas, and fertile earth.

Indonesia has plans to credit to International Monetary Fund to stimulate economic growth which has collapsed, but finally this plan was refused cause this plan can make Indonesian suffer in the future.
